Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) is a well-respected program in the medical community for managing stress, pain, and the challenges of daily life. Developed in 1979 by Dr. Jon Kabat-Zinn at the University of Massachusetts, MBSR complements traditional medical and psychological treatments.
This eight-week online program combines guided mindfulness meditation with practical learnings on stress, perception, and communication. All classes take place on Zoom (schedule below). You will learn to:

There will be a free info session on Tuesday June 3 2025 at 6pm Pacific Time that explains how the program works and I guide meditations similar to what will be in the program. There will also be an opportunity to ask questions.
