I am a qualified Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher with a B.A. in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. I found Mindfulness at my lowest - I was depressed, had severe Binge Eating Disorder and was burnout in my career. Mindfulness, intuitive and spiritual practice saved my life!
If you book an appointment with me, or attend one of my workshops/programs, you will find that my teaching style leads you to your own wisdom and intuition. You are the expert in your own life! I am here to guide you in practices and techniques to access your innate knowing.
My process blends science-backed mindfulness practices with intuition, somatic -focused awareness and creative expression. I tailor 1-on-1 sessions to each individual and work with you where you are at. I offer a wide variety of workshops and programs, so chose what resonates with you!
