I'm a qualified MBSR teacher registered with the Global Mindfulness Collaborative (associated with Brown University). I live on beautiful Vancouver Island (Quw'utsun territory | Cowichan Valley), Canada.

My approach blends science-backed mindfulness practices with intuitive and body-based methods, helping you move beyond stress and into deeper clarity, balance, and self-trust.  You can pause.
