I am a qualified Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR) teacher with a B.A. in Psychology from Simon Fraser University. I found Mindfulness at my lowest - I was depressed, had severe Binge Eating Disorder and was burning out in my career. Mindfulness, Art and intuition practices helped me recover and gave me the confidence to walk my own unique path
I am here to guide you in practices and techniques to access your innate knowing and inner resources. In my teaching and my own practice, I've drawn inspiration from scientific research on mindfulness and meditation. I'm also influenced by non-dual spiritual traditions such as buddhism, as well as the power of nature and artistic creativity.
oMy process blends science-backed mindfulness practices with intuition, somatic -focused awareness and creative expression. I tailor 1-on-1 sessions to each individual and work with you where you are at. I offer a wide variety of workshops and programs, so choose what resonates with you!
